RentSpree and SkySlope Improve Rental Agent Tech 2023
SkySlope, a full-service transaction management solution, was just designated one of the top 20 proptech businesses of 2022. This relationship was announced by the leading provider of end-to-end rental management software in the sector, which is also known as RentManager.
Agents will be able to save time and further streamline the rental process as a result of the integration of SkySlope’s transaction management capabilities with RentSpree’s online standard rental application and screening platform.
“We are always looking for strategic collaboration opportunities with other industry leaders to help provide best-in-class technology solutions for real estate professionals,” said Michael Lucarelli, CEO and Co-Founder of RentSpree. RentSpree is an online marketplace that connects landlords, property managers, and other real estate professionals. “SkySlope is a significant player in their field, and by joining forces, we are able to serve rental brokers in the most effective way that is physically feasible.”
SkySlope was established in 2011 and now provides its time-saving real estate transaction solutions to more than 650,000 real estate professionals across the United States and Canada. SkySlope’s services cover the entire real estate transaction process, from the initial contract to the final closing.
According to SkySlope’s Chief Executive Officer, Tyler Smith, “At SkySlope, we are continually conscious of how we can satisfy the evolving demands of real estate agents.” “Accordingly, joining together with RentSpree is a further logical step in the direction of accomplishing that aim,”
RentSpree provides its users with access to a comprehensive set of tools, which includes tenant screenings (such as credit and background checks), rent estimations, renter’s insurance, and rental payment processing. Its Agent Tools feature enables real estate agents to perform holistic management of rental properties. This includes advertising, the cultivation of leads, the seamless diversification of their client portfolio, and the facilitation of their rental clients’ transition to homeownership when the time is right.
According to Caroline Mulvey, Senior Client Success Manager at RentSpree, “We are very strategic in the relationships we seek across diverse areas of the real estate business.” “Collaborations with top-tier proptech businesses like SkySlope are essential in light of the fact that technology will continue to play an increasingly significant role in the process of making the day-to-day lives of real estate agents and brokers easier and more productive.”
